Adv. Sp. HR managementCorporate Division:    HR       Division, located in Shenyang/ChinaEmployment - full time Tasks·       HR Management is the first point of contact for all Management and Trade Union queries and topics related to their area of responsibility. They are responsible for manufacturing technologies from BBT-1. ·       Responsible for providing a comprehensive HR support to given Functions / Technologies in a proactive and strategic manner in line with business requirements. ·       Support line managers and associates in finding solutions for department- specific and individual HR issues. ·       Works closely with Trade Unions. ·       Ensures compliance with HR policy and legislation . ·       Takes the lead or participate on large projects, i.e. process and policy changes, change management initiatives and proactively driving process and quality improvements. ·       Participate in relevant circles, meetings, projects and working group.Key Responsibilities·       To run and operate important HR processes (Associate Transfer, PDD, Portfolio, SBP, ER, etc) to finally ensure the delivery of invidividual targets and the demonstration of the expected behaviors from associates, to support departmental and corporate perfomrance·       To provide HR support to enable and ensure that optimum performance, efficiency and effectiveness of the department are achieved and that business strategy is implemented·       To ensure that the best interests of the company are always represented at the highest possible level, during the implementation and intepreation of employment related policies, processes and guidelines, etc·       To ensure key information and expectations are understood. To ensure that process requirements are met. To ensure that HR information, policies and processes are available, accurate and timely·       To ensure the consistent application of process and policy as dictated by business requirements. To optimise performance, efficiency and effectiveness for both the employees and the business and ensure accuracy of data in accordance with BBA and legislative guidelines. To ensure cases are resolved and dealt with appropriately and in line with company agreements and legislation·       To protect company and employees in aspects of data protection, working time regulations, discrimination etc. Also optimise best practice approaches to success of organisation·       To resolve conflicts and ensure the businesses are operating in line with collective agreements QualificationsUniversity degree and above? Fluent English both in Speaking and writing? Project management skill? Ability to handle pressure whilst solving problems and conflicts? Highly developed communication skills? Considerable business related experience required? Knowledge of BBA agreements, HR processes, policies, instruments and systems? Employment law? Highly developed ability to prioritise, assert and make decisions? High level presentation, negotiation and influencing skillsBackground in HR field 4-6 YearsExperience with automotive or manufacturing industry 4-6 Years 能熟练使用今日招聘网,招聘号的维护
