This job is to be performed by a HR Generalist (Coverage Officer) who has a profound knowledge of or have a great potential for developing and delivering the right HR practices to the front line to meet the needs of the business requirements. The incumbent will work closely with the internal departments at all levels as business partners and change agent in the communications and implementation of HR initiatives including policies and practices for HR planning, recruitment and selection, staff development and etc. This role serves as a link between the HR department and the internal customers. The duties and responsibilities he/she is going to take this job include, but not limit to:
• Responsible for staffing tasks for the internal departments, including staff planning, recruiting, offer extending and new hire orientations;
• Providing HR solutions to the line managers on a variety of employee relations issues;
